Job summary

Partner's Consulting, Inc. seeks a Senior Epic Project Manager to lead a Cardiac Refuel Program, optimizing clinical, operational, financial, scheduling, registration, and patient access workflows across Cardiac services.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of healthcare IT project management, 5+ years Epic implementation/optimization, and strong stakeholder management with excellent written and verbal communication skills. PMP and Epic experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of healthcare IT project management experience.
• 5+ years managing Epic implementation, optimization, or transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading large, multi-workstream healthcare projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Cardiac Refuel Program consisting of multiple Epic optimization workstreams.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, budgets, and executive communications.
• Facilitate governance meetings and provide regular status reporting to operational and executive leadership.
• Coordinate efforts across Information Services, Clinical Operations and Cardiology leadership teams.
• Drive decision-making, issue resolution, and change management activities including Epic Cardiac optimization initiatives.
