RTX is seeking a Senior Manager of Endpoint Management to lead the implementation and integration of endpoint solutions across Windows and Mac, migrating to Intune and coordinating SCCM, Tanium, and JAMF. You will manage a team of 8–10 professionals and work with suppliers to ensure compliance and ongoing success.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years in related roles.
• Experience leading and managing technical teams and complex projects.
• Experience with endpoint management platforms and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and integration of endpoint management solutions (SCCM, Tanium, JAMF, Intune).
• Oversee migration of Windows and Mac devices to Intune management.
• Manage Mac standard operating environment for security and usability.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure solutions stay current and compliant.
• Drive strategy and vision for endpoint management and document processes.
• Lead a team of 8-10 professionals and maintain SOP documentation.
