Job summary

Gainwell Technologies seeks an experienced ECM engineer to support enterprise content management development, administration, and integration initiatives. The role emphasizes IBM FileNet P8, CMOD, ICN, fileNet object models, metadata, workflows, and secure configurations.

Responsibilities include designing and maintaining ECM solutions, developing Java and C#.NET components, building web services on WebSphere, and supporting document lifecycle from capture to retention.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in ECM development and support.
• Hands-on IBM FileNet P8 experience.
• CMOD experience.
• ICN administration and customization.
• Design and implement FileNet object models and workflows.
• Java and C#/.NET development.
• Web services, APIs, XML, JSON and system integrations.
• Oracle and MS SQL Server databases knowledge.
• IBM WebSphere Application Server experience.
• SVN or other source control familiarity.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain ECM solutions using IBM FileNet P8, CMOD, and ICN.
• Create, configure, and maintain FileNet object stores, document classes, metadata models, security configurations, and workflows.
• Configure CMOD groups, folders, indexing, and archive management.
• Develop and customize ICN desktops, repositories, viewers, plug-ins, and integrations.
• Support the complete document lifecycle including capture, preprocessing, ingestion, archival, retrieval, and retention management.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot applications using Java and C#/.NET technologies.
• Design, develop, and support web services on IBM WebSphere Application Server.
• Support document capture workflows using Formworks or similar tools.
• Deploy, configure, debug, and enhance in development, test, and production environments.
• Administer and troubleshoot clustered, load-balanced ECM environments for availability.
• Work with Oracle and SQL Server databases for support and performance tuning.
• Analyze requirements and prepare technical design and support documentation.
• Use ServiceNow for incident, access, and change management.
• Participate in production support, RCA, performance tuning, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with analysts, architects, QA, infra, and operations teams to deliver scalable ECM solutions.
• Ensure coding standards, SDLC, quality practices, and documentation.
