Job summary

Genius Business Solutions seeks an experienced IBM FileNet Administrator to manage enterprise FileNet Content Manager environments, including FileNet P8, ICN, Content Collector, CPE, IER, and WebSphere services. The role requires strong hands-on expertise and collaboration with Records Management and Compliance teams.

The successful candidate will plan upgrades, perform backups, support audits, and ensure security and governance across FileNet platforms in a large, enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on FileNet administration experience in enterprise-scale environments.
• Experience with IBM FileNet Content Manager components and WebSphere Admin.
• Knowledge of security models, retention policies, and compliance controls.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain FileNet Content Manager and IER environments.
• Monitor system health, performance, and storage capacity; address issues.
• Plan, test, and execute upgrades, patches, backups, and DR procedures.
