Job summary

Sonsoft , Inc. in the USA is seeking a seasoned ECM specialist to join our team. You will bring deep hands-on experience with IBM FileNet P8 5.2, Content Navigator, and IBM Case Manager to design, install, and optimize enterprise content solutions.

The role requires analyzing requirements, collaborating with global teams, and delivering solutions using IBM Datacap and related ECM tools. A Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience are required; US citizens or eligible for work are

Qualifications

At least 4 years of experience with IBM FileNet P8 5.2 and Content Navigator.
Excellent hands-on experience on IBM Case Manager Installations and Administration skills.
Experience on IBM Case Manager, IBM Datacap and IBM Content Navigator is a plus.
Experience with other enterprise content management applications like SharePoint, Documentum, OpenText, IBM Filenet.

Responsibilities

Analyze, detect, identify and correct technical problems and deficiencies.
Determine requirements, designs, builds, tests, implements, maintains and enhances project requirements.
Contribute to tool evaluation and recommendations in the ECM space.
Collaborate with global teams to influence, persuade, and negotiate for successful outcomes.
