Job summary

EverOps, LLC is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer on a remote basis to drive cloud infrastructure maturity across AWS environments. You will lead a team, craft secure multi-account architectures, and own platform engineering practices including CI/CD, observability, and IaC.

You will mentor engineers, define standards, and partner with customer teams to ensure scalable, secure deployments with minimal operational risk.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, SRE, or related field.
• Deep AWS experience including production workloads, security, and networking.
• Ability to design secure, scalable multi-account AWS environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and mentor an infrastructure engineering team.
• Design secure, scalable AWS account structures and landing zones.
• Lead deployment enablement across AWS accounts and environments.
• Develop reusable IaC modules and deployment patterns (Terraform).
• Improve operational maturity, security posture, and disaster recovery.
• Provide technical ownership and guidance to customer engineers and EverOps team.
