Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience.
• Must be 18 years of age OR older.
• Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications.
• Ability to type 40 - 50 words per minute.
• Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday with 8-hour shifts 7:30 am - 4:00 pm PST and possible overtime.

Responsibilities

• Represent the organization and serve as a key communicator for providers.
• Educate customers about programs and services and promote superior customer service.
• Identify root causes and proactively resolve service issues.
• Log issues and plan workload to ensure timely resolution.
• Interact effectively with physicians, health plans, and IPA staff.
• Follow guidelines to meet department goals and maintain quality standards.
