Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• 2–3 years in a bank appraisal department.

Responsabilités

• Determine the appropriate valuation product and scope of work based on collateral, risk, and policy requirements.
• Engage qualified appraisers/evaluators and exercise independent judgement in vendor selection and deliverable acceptability.
• Independently review commercial and/or residential appraisals for credibility, compliance, and supportability.
