Formación

• At least five years of professional experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, full-stack engineering, or a related technical role involving collaboration across product, design, research, and business development teams.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures, deployment workflows, and practical implementation strategies.
• Strong understanding of major cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with containers and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of security principles, encryption standards, enterprise authentication and authorization protocols, and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST SP 800-53.
• Familiarity with SSO, SAML, OIDC, RBAC, and related identity management technologies.
• Experience with APIs and programming languages such as TypeScript and Python.
• Experience collaborating across engineering, product, design, research, growth, and delivery teams.
• Previous experience in product management or product delivery, certifications such as AWS, GCP, Azure, CCNA, CCDA, Security+, CISSP, CSP; willingness to pursue more certifications.
• Work Authorization and Location: Must reside full-time in the contiguous United States and be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without employer sponsorship.
• Background Screening: Willingness to undergo background investigations as required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a subject-matter expert on technical capabilities and service offerings, analyzing client requirements, project objectives, and constraints to develop scalable, secure, and effective technical solutions.
• Proposal Development and Technical Reviews: Collaboate with growth and engineering teams to review RFPs, RFIs, and other materials, ensuring technical responses are accurate and aligned with client needs.
• Partner with capture managers to develop technical narratives, proposal content, and supporting documentation addressing client requirements and objections.
• Cloud Architecture and Infrastructure: Contribute to design of secure, scalable systems using major cloud platforms and modern deployment workflows.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across growth, engineering, product, design, research, and delivery teams to align technical approaches with business objectives.
• Support internal engineering projects and contribute to design and development of technical solutions for proposals, demos, and technical challenges.
• Process Improvement: Identify gaps in collaboration and delivery workflows and strengthen coordination between functions.
• Maintain reliable internet access for remote work and participate in occasional in-person meetings as required.
