Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer based in the United States for a remote-first role. You will bridge engineering and business development to design secure, scalable digital solutions and translate client requirements into practical architectures for government, nonprofit, and commercial opportunities.

You will collaborate with growth, engineering, product, design, and delivery teams, contribute to proposal development, and help shape technical responses.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in sales engineering or related technical roles.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable architectures.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of security/compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST).
• Understanding of IAM concepts: SSO, SAML, OIDC, RBAC.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure technical solutions from client requirements.
• Review RFPs/RFIs with engineering to ensure feasible responses.
• Develop technical narratives and proposal content with stakeholders.
• Design cloud architectures using major providers and containers.
• Implement security and compliance in proposed architectures.
• Collaborate across growth, product, design, and delivery teams.
• Assist in hands-on engineering for demos and trials.
• Translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Identify process gaps and improve collaboration workflows.
• Onboard and continuously learn internal tools and opportunities.
