Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a security engineer to strengthen our infrastructure security across on‑premises and cloud environments. You will review designs for security posture, implement controls, and develop automation using Python to integrate diverse systems.

The role includes supporting external audits and driving security awareness within the organization. The ideal candidate brings 4+ years in security engineering, hands-on Kubernetes experience, and strong scripting skills (Python,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in security engineering
• Hands-on experience securing Kubernetes and container platforms in production
• Proficiency in scripting/automation (Python, Bash, Terraform or similar)
• Proven work experience in an Engineering discipline
• Experience in building and maintaining security systems in a Cloud and on-premises environment

Responsibilities

• Review system design and implementations to assess security posture and make recommendations to architecture from threat modeling.
• Utilize scripts and internal tools to ensure full coverage of the security agent suite across the enterprise on multiple platforms.
• Develop automation using Python and other programs to integrate various systems.
• Write documentation including policies and procedures for networks, containers, and cloud.
• Design and implement infrastructure security controls for servers, cloud environments, and container platforms.
• Help support audits from customers and vendors (external-facing requirements).
• Address Network Protection and Access Control.
• Provide Education, Training and Awareness.
