Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in property claims handling required.
• A bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Advanced Degree (CPA, MBA) in related area is a plus.
• Experience using data in spreadsheets and/or databases for risk detection.
• Prior audit experience is a plus.
• Ability to communicate complex data to management clearly.
• Ability to teach, lead and mentor others.
• Ability to advocate, persuade and influence across levels of staff and leadership.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Applies QA techniques to examine claims processes and outcomes.
• Plans, executes, analyzes, and presents audits within the CSAA Claims organization.
• Leads multiple projects concurrently and coordinates peers as needed.
• Prepares written reports for claims executives and business leaders to drive remediation.
• Builds professional networks with claims leaders and mentors others.
