Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities supporting sustainment, enhancement, modernization, and continuous improvement of enterprise business applications and operational processes.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working groups to identify business needs and objectives.
• Analyze existing processes and data to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain business requirements, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented.
• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable documentation.
