Job summary

Consensys is seeking an experienced architect to own the architecture across our blockchain platform, including sequencer, coordinating components, proving stack, and interop layers. You will translate institutional requirements into concrete architecture and write ADRs that guide engineering decisions.

You will ship proofs of concept in partnership with the Engineering team, ensure designs survive production, and influence buy/build trade-offs while maintaining security and privacy as top

Qualifications

• Has designed distributed systems and built them; hands-on experience with large-scale architectures.
• Strong hands-on background in Software Development/Engineering; 8+ years.
• Ethereum and EVM knowledge or ability to get there quickly from related work.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture across the platform, identifying seams and integration points.
• Lead cross-ledger interoperability architecture decisions and design reviews.
• Turn institutional requirements into architecture and provable designs with ADRs.
