The Cigna Group's Evernorth Health Services is seeking a Nurse Case Management Lead Analyst to guide care strategies that improve patient outcomes and reduce costs. This role requires an active RN license and at least 2 years of clinical nursing with case management experience, along with strong analytical and leadership abilities.
You will mentor nursing staff, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop strategies to improve quality metrics and care coordination.
Qualifications
- RN license in good standing in the state of primary residence.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience, including case management or care coordination.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret healthcare data and apply insights.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing; experience with value-based care and EHR proficiency.
Responsabilités
