Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy advanced reinforcement learning solutions.
Architect scalable RL training pipelines using distributed Compute.
Design, build, and optimize simulation environments for training RL agents.
Develop, implement, and evaluate modern RL algorithms and reward models.
Build autonomous learning systems with RLHF, imitation learning, and multi-agent learning.
Improve convergence, sample efficiency, training stability, and production scalability.
Integrate RL models into production applications with reliability and monitoring.
Collaborate with researchers, data scientists, and engineers on enterprise AI solutions.
Mentor engineers and provide leadership on RL architecture and best practices.
Evaluate emerging RL frameworks and research to drive innovation.
