The Audit Manager leads the audit Advisors, shapes the service, and owns onboarding and escalations for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in parcel, freight, or transportation billing audit, including carrier billing, accessorials and surcharges, contract-rate validation, disputes, and recovery.
• 5+ years working with carrier invoice data (EDI, API, or flat file) and reconciling with finance, including GL coding and payment files.
• 3+ years partnering with a software or tech team to configure audit rules, tolerances, and dispute workflows, turning findings into checks.
• 5+ years in a client-facing or account-management role, owning senior stakeholders and escalations, ideally with enterprise retailers or brands.
• 2+ years leading a team of audit analysts, specialists, or similar, setting quality and pace.

Responsibilities

• Shape the audit service by working with product and technology to improve Always-On Audit and define checks and resolutions.
• Turn real billing discrepancies into repeatable audit rules, thresholds, and automated dispute workflows.
• Represent audit in roadmap decisions and tie the service to financial reporting, payment file generation, and finance-system integration.
• Own onboarding for clients: assemble stakeholders, gather requirements, run demos, set up feeds, and configure dashboards and tolerances.
• Be the escalation point for clients, providing audit oversight for managed-service clients and guiding disputes to closure.
• Raise carrier billing and dispute standards by moving reconciliation toward automation and addressing gaps by carrier.
