Job summary

The Walt Disney Company, ESPN Productions, seeks a Recurring Remote Associate Director II for part-time work in Los Angeles, CA. You will collaborate with Directors on Studio, Remote and REMI productions, mentor ADIs and Stage Managers, and contribute to sports storylines while ensuring on-air quality and leadership oversight.

You will coordinate feeds, cues, and graphics, support pre-production, and help manage multiple productions with strong communication across teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Directing department or equivalent.
• Understanding of television production is mandatory.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director by timing, fonts, and coordinating feeds; maintain on-air standards.
• Support Ignite/Automated productions with routing, framing, and guest coordination.
• Assist pre-production elements and visual content development; support graphics and logos.
• Meetings participation to develop show visuals; request images and monitor graphics for storylines.
• Coordinate with production staff to execute studio moves and live elements.
• Verify remote/studio guest locations with Audio and Transmission/VCC; manage paperwork.
