Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Directing department or network equivalent.
• Thorough understanding of television production is mandatory.
• Clear, concise, and comprehensive verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director during a production by timing elements, coordinating feeds and shots.
• Route and coordinate graphics, music cues, and source changes with media.
• Mentor Associate Directors and Stage Managers, providing written feedback.
• Direct Ignite and ViBox productions for digital and radio programming.
• Lead pre-production elements including promos, graphics, and virtual imagery.
• Coach and maintain directing standards and leadership across team.
