BairesDev is hiring a Software Engineer (Ansible) to automate server configuration and application deployment across enterprise Linux environments, enabling consistent infrastructure management.

You will design, develop, and maintain Ansible playbooks and roles, integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with global teams. 4+ years in automation-focused roles and strong English are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Infrastructure, DevOps, or Software Engineering with a focus on automation.
• Proficiency in automating server configuration and application deployment using Ansible.
• Proficiency in writing Ansible playbooks and roles for consistent infrastructure management.
• Hands-on experience with YAML and configuration management in Enterprise Linux environments.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex Ansible playbooks and roles for automated configuration management.
• Automate provisioning and deployment of applications across Linux-based enterprise environments.
• Ensure infrastructure consistency and reliability through declarative automation and YAML configurations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate Ansible workflows into broader CI/CD and orchestration pipelines.
• Optimize existing automation scripts to improve deployment speed, security, and scalability.
