PNC is seeking a Detection and Investigation Quality Lead for its AML organization, based in Pennsylvania with eligibility for remote work in select locations. The role emphasizes senior BSA/AML expertise, high-quality investigations, and process improvement across multiple states.

The candidate will mentor investigators, ensure compliance with external and internal guidelines, and drive continuous improvement projects while operating within a secure home-based or hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• University/college degree with 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree (required).
• No certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality analysis of complex investigations performed by senior staff.
• Identify systemic issues, drive corrections and implement solutions.
• Review highly complex investigations to ensure appropriate decision making and documentation.
• Ensure narratives are complete, accurate, and compliant with guidance and policies.
• Vet case decisions using subject matter knowledge and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain documentation of investigations and retain relevant materials.
• Develop and improve incoming quality with staff guidance.
• Coach and mentor analysts on indicators of typologies and emerging threats.
