Gainwell Technologies is seeking an Advisor Application Developer - AI Software Engineer to design, develop, modernize, and support large-scale, database-driven healthcare applications in a senior hands-on role.

You will leverage Java, JavaScript, SQL, AWS RDS, and AI-assisted tooling like GitHub Copilot to accelerate development, performance tuning, and enterprise integrations, including HL7 interfaces, with a focus on secure, maintainable solutions.

Formación

• Ten+ years of application development or software engineering experience supporting complex enterprise applications.
• Advanced hands-on expertise in Java and JavaScript, including REST/SOAP APIs, application design, testing, debugging, and modern development practices.
• Strong experience with SQL, relational databases, AWS RDS, indexing, query optimization, and performance tuning.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, enhance, and modernize enterprise-scale Java, JavaScript, and database-driven healthcare applications.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL and AWS RDS solutions, including query tuning, indexing, and performance analysis.
• Apply GitHub Copilot and advanced AI models across coding, testing, debugging, refactoring, documentation, and technical analysis.
• Support REST APIs, healthcare integrations, and HL7 interfaces, where applicable.
• Provide technical leadership through solution design, peer reviews, mentoring, and engineering best practices.
• Develops and supports REST APIs, enterprise integrations, and HL7 interfaces.
