Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an AI Scientist to bridge cutting-edge applied research with production engineering. You will design and ship advanced machine learning systems that solve high-impact business problems, blending scientific rigor with practical software engineering, and building robust production pipelines.

The role requires deep understanding of modern ML, experience moving models from research to production, and strong communication skills to explain complex methods

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or closely related field or equivalent applied experience.
• Six or more years of combined research and applied ML engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch or JAX.
• Hands-on experience training, fine-tuning, and evaluating DL models at scale.
• Solid grounding in math, statistics, and ML theory.
• Experience taking ML models from research to production with observability and safeguards.
• Familiarity with distributed training, mixed-precision, and accelerator hardware.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain complex methods.
• Ability to read, evaluate, and adapt techniques from current literature.
• Track record of shipping impactful applied AI projects.
