Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Senior AJO/AEP Associate to design and implement personalized customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform. Remote work within the United States is supported, collaborating with marketing, analytics, and product teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes building audience segments, configuring multi‑channel campaigns, and ensuring high‑quality delivery with strong QA and governance practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 3+ years in marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, or journey management.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with AJO, AEP, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of journey orchestration, audience segmentation, and personalization.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, deploy, and optimize journeys and campaigns within AJO based on business needs.
• Build, refine, and validate audience segments using real‑time data.
• Partner with marketing, analytics, and data teams to improve targeting and outcomes.
• Perform QA testing across journey components including triggers, rules, and cross‑channel experiences.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues, driving continuous improvement.
