Job summary

Unicon Systems is seeking an AJO Business Consultant to design and implement Adobe Journey Optimizer solutions in a 100% remote US role. You will gather requirements, translate them into scalable AJO workflows, and configure journeys, campaigns, and decisioning across channels while collaborating with data teams and stakeholders.

You will work with Adobe Experience Platform, real-time profiles, identity services, and CDP concepts to optimize customer journeys and personalisation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and CDP concepts.
• Experience with real-time profiling, identity services, segmentation, and orchestration.
• Ability to design journeys, personalize content, and manage campaigns at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AJO-based solutions.
• Gather requirements and translate to scalable AJO workflows.
• Configure journeys, campaigns, offers, decisioning, and orchestration.
• Work with AEP (schemas, datasets, profiles, identity).
• Develop journey use cases across email, SMS, push, and other channels.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, developers, and data teams.
• Create solution designs, flows, specifications, and docs.
• Support AJO-AEP integrations and cloud solutions.
• Troubleshoot journey execution, segmentation, and campaign issues.
• Participate in testing, UAT, deployment, and post-prod support.
• Provide guidance on AJO best practices and CX optimization.
