Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking an Advanced Quality Engineer to lead quality and reliability activities across New Product Development, Product Support, and Value Engineering. You will coordinate with engineering, marketing, purchasing, quality, and manufacturing teams, driving time-to-market, cost, and performance improvements.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field, 2+ years of QA/Reliability experience, strong analytical and presentation skills, and ability to travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in metallurgical, manufacturing, industrial, mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• 2+ years of Advanced Quality, Quality Engineering and/or Reliability Engineering experience.
• Exceptional critical thinker with ability to anticipate risks in product development and drive mitigations.
• Experience with statistical tools such as Minitab and ReliaSoft.
• Strong communication and presentation skills (PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel 20% (domestic and international).

Responsibilities

• Lead quality and reliability activities for cross-functional project teams.
• Translate customer needs into product requirements and specifications.
• Develop and execute test procedures to validate product specs.
• Conduct reliability analyses and lead root-cause analyses.
• Collaborate with global quality teams and suppliers.
• Present key milestones to cross-functional teams and leadership.
