Job summary

Cleco Corporate Holdings LLC seeks a Power Generation Reliability Program Manager to lead CBM and asset reliability across the generation fleet. You will advance predictive maintenance strategies, improve equipment health, and partner with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain to deliver reliable, cost-efficient performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering discipline with 10+ years of experience in power generation or asset management.
• Experience implementing CBM/PdM in power plants or similar environments.
• Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, electrical systems, and balance-of-plant assets.
• Experience performing RCFA, FMEA, and RC maintenance methodologies.
• Proficiency with CMMS/EAM systems and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead CBM and PdM strategies for generation assets and optimize maintenance programs.
• Perform RCFA, FMEA, and RC maintenance analyses to reduce outages.
• Establish asset health indices, reliability metrics, and risk-based maintenance plans.
• Support long-term asset management aligned with ISO 55000 and company objectives.
• Act as CBM Program Manager, with governance, standards, and reporting.
• Manage CBM technologies (vibration, oil analysis, thermography, motor diagnostics).
• Develop multi-year CBM roadmaps, including staffing and training plans.
• Track benefits such as availability improvements, cost avoidance, and risk reduction.
