Job summary

Cleco is seeking a Power Generation Reliability Program Manager to lead CBM and reliability initiatives across our generation assets. You will drive data‑driven maintenance strategies, partner with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and Supply Chain, and mentor engineers and CBM analysts to minimize outages.

The role emphasizes governance, advanced analytics, and multi‑year roadmaps, with responsibilities spanning asset health, risk reduction, and cost avoidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of experience in power generation or asset management.
• Experience leading CBM/PdM programs in a power plant or similar industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, electrical systems, and balance-of-plant assets.
• Experience performing RCFA, FMEA, and RC-Maintenance.
• Proficiency with CMMS/EAM systems and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead CBM and PdM strategies for generation assets.
• Perform RCFA/FMECA and root-cause failure analysis.
• Establish asset health indices, reliability metrics, and maintenance plans.
• Support long-term asset management aligned with ISO 55000.
• Govern CBM program governance, standards, and reporting.
• Manage CBM technologies (vibration, oil analysis, thermography, diagnostics, ultrasound, online monitoring).
• Develop multi-year CBM roadmaps including staffing and training.
• Track program benefits such as availability improvements and cost avoidance.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and supply chain.
