Job summary

Cleco Corporate Holdings LLC in Louisiana seeks a Power Generation Reliability Program Manager to lead CBM/PdM and asset-management initiatives across the generation fleet. You will drive predictive maintenance strategies, data-driven decisions, and cross-functional collaboration to improve reliability and reduce outages.

The role requires 10+ years in power generation or asset management, strong analytics, and CMMS/EAM proficiency, with ISO 55000-aligned planning and leadership of engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 10+ years in power generation or asset management.
• Experience leading CBM/PdM programs in a power plant or similar industrial environment.
• Strong working knowledge of rotating equipment, electrical systems, and balance-of-plant assets.
• Experience performing RCFA, FMEA, and RC Maintenance (RCM).
• Proficiency with CMMS/EAM systems and data analysis tools (e.g., SAP).
• Strong communication skills with ability to influence across organizational boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, execution, and continuous improvement of CBM and PdM strategies for generation assets.
• Perform equipment criticality analysis, RCFA, FMEA/FMECA, and RCFA to reduce failures and outages.
• Establish asset health indices, reliability metrics, and risk-based maintenance plans.
• Support long-term asset management aligned with ISO 55000 and Cleco objectives.
• Serve as CBM Program Manager, owning governance, standards, procedures, and reporting.
• Manage CBM technologies including vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermography, and online monitoring.
• Develop multi-year CBM and reliability roadmaps with staffing and training plans.
• Track and communicate program benefits like availability improvements and risk reduction.
• Leverage CMMS/EAM data to identify trends and actionable insights; develop dashboards and KPIs.
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance to translate findings into executable work plans; mentor engineers.
