Job summary

Cleco is seeking a Power Generation Reliability Program Manager to lead CBM/PdM initiatives across the generation fleet, driving asset health and reducing outages through data-driven decision making and cross-functional leadership.

You will partner with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and Supply Chain to implement best-in-class reliability practices and mentor engineers and CBM analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 10+ years in power generation or 15+ years in related reliability领域.
• Experience leading CBM/PdM programs in industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, electrical systems, and plant assets.
• Experience with RCFA, FMEA, and RCM; CMMS/EAM data analysis.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead CBM and PdM strategy development and execution for generation assets.
• Perform RCFA, FMEA, and reliability analysis to reduce outages.
• Establish asset health indices and maintenance plans aligned with ISO 55000.
• Manage CBM governance, standards, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
• Develop reliability roadmaps and communicate program benefits.
