Job summary

Campbell’s in Denver, PA is seeking a Reliability Manager to lead strategic maintenance programs, reduce downtime and optimize costs while maximizing asset lifespan. You will organize predictive maintenance programs such as vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermography, acoustical analysis and life cycle analysis, and oversee data collection and asset care strategies.

You will collaborate with R&D, engineering, maintenance, operations and quality, and manage the Planners and PIIT crew.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a manufacturing maintenance organization.
• Bachelor's degree or related Engineering discipline.
• 3+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• Food manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead predictive maintenance programs (vibration, oil, thermography, acoustical, life cycle analysis, data collection).
• Data analytics for asset baseline, rebuild frequency, and forecast.
• Develop asset care strategy and documentation.
• Drive process improvements (root cause analysis, FMEA, criticality assessment, targeted fixes).
