Balchem Corporation in Montvale, New Jersey, is seeking a Senior Reliability Manager to lead reliability initiatives across its manufacturing network. You will drive asset health, downtime reduction, and lifecycle cost optimization by implementing CIL, criticality analyses, spare parts strategies, and KPI development.

The role requires 10+ years in reliability engineering and strong leadership to partner with operations, engineering, EHS, and procurement. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Competenze

• 10+ years of reliability engineering, maintenance leadership, asset management, or related manufacturing experience.
• Experience with CIL, autonomous maintenance, TPM, and predictive maintenance is preferred.
• Familiarity with CMMS/EAM systems and maintenance data governance.
