Job summary

Armstrong World Industries is seeking a Senior Director to lead Mineral Fiber Operations Reliability across multiple facilities. You will develop strategy, standards, and programs to increase asset performance and reduce costs.

The role involves relocation, collaboration with plant leadership, and reporting to the Senior Director MF Ops. Requires engineering degree and 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, with travel and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering (or equivalent).
Minimum of 10 years in manufacturing, maintenance and plant leadership.
Supervisory experience and ability to drive improvements across teams.
Experience with TPM, preventive and predictive maintenance and Lean practices.

Responsibilities

Develop the Mineral Fiber reliability vision and improvement plans and standards.
Identify and drive best practices; train Reliability Champions.
Provide dashboards and progress reports to plant managers and Sr Director MF Ops.
Drive KPIs: safety, quality, cost, productivity and asset performance.
Manage maintenance budget and inventory control; implement cost controls.
Lead reliability networks and succession planning across facilities.
