Job summary

Armstrong World Industries is seeking a Manager, Reliability & Maintenance to lead maintenance and reliability across multiple manufacturing facilities.

Reporting to the Director, AS Operations Excellence, you will champion preventive, predictive, and precision maintenance, develop dashboards, and drive cost-effective improvements while supporting safety and quality objectives. Moderate travel and leadership across sites are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, maintenance management, operations management, or related field.
• 7–10 years in maintenance, reliability, engineering, or manufacturing with improvement leadership.
• Proven track record improving equipment reliability, performance, and cost.
• Multi-site manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of TPM, PM, PV maintenance, lubrication, vibration analysis, thermography and CMMS.
• Lean and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and reliability programs across multiple facilities.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for maintenance performance metrics.
• Drive TPM, PM, TBM and predictive maintenance initiatives.
• Collaborate with plant teams to improve asset reliability and efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance staff.
