Job summary

Balchem Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the Albion maintenance team, overseeing equipment, building and grounds to ensure reliable operation. You will manage maintenance activities, schedule staff, and supervise contractors to adhere to safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong electrical and mechanical skills, extensive maintenance software experience, and the ability to work with cGMP guidelines.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
10 years of maintenance experience, with 5 years of supervisory experience.
2 years of experience operating maintenance software.
Lean or Six Sigma training is a plus.
Maintenance software experience required.

Responsibilities

Lead the maintenance team and provide direct supervision for Albion maintenance personnel.
Support Balchem Salt Lake City plant operations as needed.
Manage on-line maintenance system Micromain.
Analyze maintenance activities for reliability and cost effectiveness.
Oversee capital projects and day-to-day maintenance.
Ensure maintenance costs stay within plant budgets and follow priorities.
Adhere to cGMP requirements for equipment and facilities.
