• Bachelor's degree in reliability engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years of reliability engineering experience.
• Hands-on with accelerated life testing and environmental testing.
• Experience analyzing field failures and warranty data.
• Proficient with ReliaSoft, Minitab, JMP, MATLAB, Python or R.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain reliability plans across lifecycle.
• Define and execute qualification and reliability tests.
• Create reliability test plans with methods and pass/fail criteria.
• Analyze lab, production, warranty, and field data for trends.
• Lead or support field-failure investigations and CAPA.
• Perform Weibull and life-data analyses to characterize performance.
• Provide reliability input to specifications, validation, and improvements.
