Job summary

LSB Industries, Inc. is seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer in Pryor, OK to strengthen site reliability by leading governance, asset strategy, defect elimination, RCA, analytics and predictive maintenance.

This role partners with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, and corporate reliability resources to boost equipment availability, process safety, and lifecycle cost management across the chemical facility.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in reliability/maintenance.
Knowledge of ISO 55000 and ISO 14224 is a plus.
CMRP certification is a plus.
Fertilizer industry experience (ammonia, urea, nitric acid) is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to lead people and deliver results.

Responsibilities

Lead site reliability governance routines and KPI reporting.
Own and improve defect elimination and RCA governance processes.
Develop asset reliability strategies including PM optimization and predictive maintenance.
Govern reliability analytics programs including vibration analysis and online monitoring.
Provide technical leadership for rotating and electrical equipment and failure investigations.
Support capital projects to ensure maintainable and reliable assets.
