Job summary

LSB Industries, Inc. is seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer in Pryor, OK to strengthen site reliability by leading governance, asset strategy development, defect elimination, and predictive maintenance effectiveness across a chemical processing facility.

The role collaborates with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, and corporate resources to improve equipment availability, process stability, and lifecycle cost with disciplined execution and measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Lead site reliability excellence activities, including reliability governance routines, annual reliability objectives, reliability standards, sustainability assessments, best-practice deployment, and visible KPI reporting.
• Own and improve the site defect elimination process, including bad actor identification, quantification, prioritization, RCA governance, corrective-action tracking, escalation of overdue actions, and verification of action effectiveness.
• Develop and govern asset reliability strategies, including asset criticality, RCM/FMECA, PM optimization, reverse RCM, condition-based maintenance, predictive maintenance strategies, and documented asset tactics.
• Govern predictive maintenance and reliability analytics programs, including vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasound, lubrication analysis, motor testing, online monitoring, Power BI dashboards, KPI definitions, data quality, and work generation from alerts.
• Provide technical reliability leadership for rotating and electrical equipment, support failure investigations, recommend equipment upgrades, and partner with Maintenance and Operations to reduce chronic failures and improve process stability.
• Support capital projects, M&R improvements, and reliability-build deliverables to ensure new or modified assets are maintainable, reliable, aligned with site standards, and supported by appropriate critical spares and lifecycle-cost considerations.
