Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in a continuous chemical, process, or petrochemical manufacturing environment.
• Experience with failure mode analysis, RCA, and reliability improvement is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Analyze asset performance data to identify reliability improvements and opportunities to increase OEE.
• Lead Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) activities, RCA investigations, and incident investigations, ensuring actions are tracked and completed.
• Develop and prioritize maintenance outage, turnaround scope, and capital project inputs based on risk, reliability needs, and business impact.
• Coordinate cross-functional support for asset improvements, maintenance, and repairs with internal teams and external partners.
• Drive continuous improvement and manage change processes to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.
