Job summary

LSB Industries in Pryor, OK is seeking a Production Engineer to maximize plant availability and capacity by leading asset teams and coordinating maintenance, engineering, and reliability activities. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
Minimum of three years of relevant experience in a continuous chemical, process, or petrochemical manufacturing environment.
Experience with failure mode analysis, RCA, and reliability improvement is preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze asset performance data to identify reliability improvements and opportunities to increase OEE.
Lead Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) activities, RCA investigations, and incident investigations, ensuring actions are tracked and completed.
Develop and prioritize maintenance outage, turnaround scope, and capital project inputs based on risk, reliability needs, and business impact.
Coordinate cross-functional support for asset improvements, maintenance, and repairs with internal teams and external partners.
Drive continuous improvement and manage change processes to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.
