Job summary

Eaton's Power Systems Division is hiring a Reliability Engineering Specialist to improve reliability, performance, and safety of critical electrical power systems from concept through field performance.

The role leads enterprise-wide improvement initiatives, develops technical and leadership capabilities, and reports to the Engineering Manager within the Power Delivery and Regulation unit. Up to 20% travel; hybrid schedule in WI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM.
• 8+ years in engineering or technical roles.
• 4+ years in R&D or new product development projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead reliability strategies across design, manufacturing, and field performance.
• Drive DFSS and PROLaunch initiatives through product lifecycle.
• Manage reliability models and growth plans for successful launches.
• Lead cross-functional teams in structured problem solving (A3, 8D).
• Analyze warranty and field data to identify trends and KPIs.
