Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in equipment maintenance, reliability, instrumentation, engineering support, or technical ops.
• At least 2 years supervisory or maintenance coordination experience.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing, pharma, biotech, or life sciences.
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment and laboratory instrumentation.
• Strong mechanical and electromechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with CMMS/ERP systems such as SAP and MS Office.
• Experience coordinating vendors and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for manufacturing equipment and lab instrumentation.
• Coordinate troubleshooting, repairs, inspections, and servicing to minimize downtime.
• Develop and maintain maintenance schedules, work orders, and service records.
• Identify recurring issues, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage critical spare parts inventory and procurement of maintenance supplies.
• Supervise maintenance personnel to ensure safe and effective equipment support.
• Partner with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Facilities to prioritize maintenance.
• Coordinate equipment upgrades, repairs, and replacements to improve efficiency.
