Job summary

Pretium Packaging - USA in Manchester, PA seeks a Senior Equipment Reliability Technician to ensure zero unplanned downtime. You will maintain production machinery, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and HVAC systems, and support safety and GMPs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing/food production.
• Hands-on mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skill set.
• Knowledge across mechanical/electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and HVAC.
• Fluency reading blueprints, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventative maintenance programs, inspections, repairs, and adjustments to extend asset life.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC systems.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns; stabilize, repair, and verify performance.
• Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and equipment history.
