Job summary

You will guide cross-functional teams through NPD processes, define CTQ characteristics, validate designs, and drive cost-of-poor-quality reduction while ensuring successful product launches. Onsite role with relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• Experience leading reliability and quality initiatives across product life cycles.
• Strong ability to define CTQ characteristics and develop validation plans.
• Proven track record reducing COPQ and driving NPD reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact reliability improvement initiatives addressing field and warranty issues.
• Partner with Product Development to ensure reliability requirements are met before release.
• Mentor engineering teams and escalate complex reliability concerns.
• Drive risk identification and mitigation for new technologies.
