Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; SMRP recert within 2 years.
• 7+ years in maintenance and reliability, production management, engineering or operations.
• Knowledge of reliability testing methods: FMEA/FMECA, reliability prediction, fault tree analysis, parts stress analysis, worst-case analysis.
• Strong analytical, leadership and communication skills; proficient in MS Office; travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Measure and analyze the reliability of design, materials, processes, cost, and equipment.
• Develop solutions to repetitive failures affecting production using data analysis methods.
• Create asset maintenance plans including preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Evaluate equipment suppliers and maintenance service providers.
• Develop acceptance tests and inspection criteria.
• Advise design team on materials selection; may suggest changes to equipment.
• Perform breakdown and root-cause analyses and present findings to leadership.
