Job summary

Schwan's Company, a U.S. affiliate of CJ CheilJedang, is hiring for a full-time reliability/maintenance role in our manufacturing facility. The position offers a competitive hourly rate and opportunities for advancement in a safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, plus typically 3 years in an industrial setting (preferably with predictive tool experience).
• Team players who interact professionally with co-workers and mentor others on reliability methods.
• Bring high energy and positive attitude daily; be curious and eager to learn.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, troubleshooting, planning, and organizational skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and strong computer skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and follow machine blueprints, diagrams, sketches, and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with asset catalog improvement, preventive maintenance optimization, and scheduling of corrective maintenance; write specifications, procedures, and test programs for reliability testing and characterization.
• Prepare technical reports, document test results, and assist in selection of new reliability equipment.
• Assemble and lead cross-functional teams (maintenance, operations, engineering, procurement) to support reliability improvements in the plant.
• Apply reliability principles such as Asset Strategy Improvement (ASI), Operating Envelope (OE), FMEA, RCA, Motor Circuit Analysis, infrared thermography, ultrasound, and bearing/ lubrication practices.
• Resolve specific reliability issues and drive improvements that support all plant areas.
• Install, move, remove, repair, and troubleshoot equipment.
• Work in a safe manner and report any unsafe conditions or practices.
