Job summary

Kelly Engineering in Puerto Rico is seeking a Sr Reliability Engineer for a biotechnology manufacturing site in Juncos, PR. This 6‑month initial contract offers an 8‑hour administrative shift with flexible scheduling to support 24/7 operations.

You will own the CMMS program, drive maintenance strategies, track equipment performance, and lead reliability improvements while coordinating with GMP/GLP compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Master or bachelor degree in engineering with relevant experience.
• Experience with CMMS, work orders, PM strategies and parts management.
• Reliability, change control and equipment optimization in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of GMP/GLP and pharma/biotech processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliability, availability and performance of manufacturing equipment.
• Own CMMS program, maintenance strategies and lifecycle activities.
• Lead reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support troubleshooting, change control assessments and metrics.
• Drive maintenance optimization to reduce downtime.
