Job summary
Kelly Engineering in Puerto Rico seeks a Senior Engineer to support a premier pharmaceutical/biotech leader in Juncos. The role is a W2 hourly position with an 8-hour administrative shift and flexibility to support 24/7 operations, including occasional after-hours coverage.
Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 4 years’ experience, experience with inspection equipment, cross-functional collaboration, and bilingual English/Spanish communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Engineering and 4 years of Engineering experience.
- Experience with automated and manual inspection equipment.
- Knowledge of inspection technologies for parenteral products and glass containers.
- Ability to apply advanced and standard engineering principles for system improvements and project execution.
- Experience improving equipment reliability and operational performance.
- Ability to lead and support technical teams across functions.
- Basic knowledge of validation, GMP documentation, and protocol execution.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, QA, validation, facilities, etc.).
- Strong technical communication skills in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Lead process optimization, troubleshooting, and engineering initiatives.
- Design and implement system modifications, experiments, and projects.
- Analyze and present technical data and engineering solutions.
