Job summary

CTI Consulting seeks a Senior Reliability Engineer to bridge infrastructure automation with reliability engineering. You will help scale production systems, apply observability, and drive automated recovery workflows across cloud and on‑prem storage environments.

The role emphasizes real‑time metrics, incident management, and collaboration with cloud product teams to improve Kubernetes services and platform reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a technology related field.
• Production experience running Cloud and on-prem Storage workloads at scale.
• Experience managing and maintaining Kubernetes Clusters on EKS/AKS and RKS.
• Experience building and deploying Docker images including Docker Compose.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins Core and declarative CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Apply reliability engineering standards to build scalable, automated infrastructure.
• Automate recovery workflows and backup/recovery testing across datacenters.
• Develop real-time metrics, observability, and incident response processes.
• Collaborate with cloud service teams to improve Kubernetes service offerings.
• Lead operational processes with incident management and governance in cloud ecosystems.
