Job summary

Aurubis AG, a global leader in multi-metal processing, seeks a Sr Reliability Engineer to drive equipment reliability improvements across our operations. The role focuses on root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and leading cross-functional teams to boost plant availability and performance.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in reliability engineering, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience with SAP Plant Maintenance and CMMS.

Qualifications

• Experience in reliability engineering or related technical field.
• Knowledge of RC M, SPC, RCA.
• Experience with Six Sigma/Lean a plus.
• SAP Plant Maintenance or CMMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead equipment availability and reliability improvements.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Develop engineering solutions for recurrent failures.
• Provide engineering support for troubleshooting and PM optimization.
• Collaborate with production to monitor operational parameters.
