Job summary

Aurubis Richmond in Augusta, GA is seeking a Sr. Reliability Engineer to drive equipment reliability improvements across the plant. You will lead RCA, implement PM enhancements, and collaborate with Operations and Maintenance to boost uptime.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in reliability engineering, strong knowledge of RCM, SPC, RCA, SAP PM, and hands-on leadership to coach teams through cultural change while delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
7–10 years in a reliability engineering role or related field.
Knowledge of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), SPC, RCA.
Experience with Six Sigma, Lean, and other process improvement methodologies.
Proficiency with reliability tools and data analysis.

Responsibilities

Accountable for resolution of high impact Equipment availability and reliability improvements.
Lead individuals and teams to resolve equipment reliability improvements.
Use data to identify high impact availability and reliability issues.
Perform root cause analysis and resolve corrective actions.
Develop engineering solutions to recurrent failures and plant downtime.
